- Co-author of the Privatisation Act and arranger of the Ministry of Ownership Transformations, advisor to the Minister of Ownership Transformations in the process of privatisation of first five enterprises;
- legal advice in M&A transactions, acquisitions of blocks of shares/stock, sale and contribution of businesses or their organised parts and assets, post-transaction support in the organization of newly established entities,
- legal advice in the area of real estate including without limitation: negotiating contracts on the acquisition of land, negotiating construction work contracts concerning the construction of plants, commercial centres; advice with respect to development projects, assistance in the preparation of lease agreements with elements of construction work contracts, dozens of due diligences of legal situation of real estate both during the legal audits of entities of various legal status and for the needs of specific transaction.
